Responsibilities
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the clinic and ensure that clinic is operating smoothly
- Perform receptionist duties: greet clients, take payments, re-book appointments, phone calls, billings
- Prepare hot packs, laundry, and general cleaning duties as required
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Manage clinic supplies inventory
- Bookkeeping
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to priotitize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
