SalaryPosition Title: Warehouse Technician (Fly-In/Fly-Out Operation)
Salary Range: $40/hr + OT
About the Client and Role
We are on the hunt for an experienced Warehouse Technician for a contract on a fly-in-fly-out basis. Our client operates a busy mine in the far north, This is a 24 hour operation and the shifts are 12 hours per day. We require someone with previous Warehouse and Logistics experience and who preferably has worked in a FIFO operation. $40/hr plus OT after 8 hours per day, flights paid and camp accommodation. Key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Receiving, issuing material/entering data into SAP (Material Management Module).
- Performing cycle counts
- Receiving material from sea and air freight
- Unloading sea cans
- Operate a skid steer/telehandler
- Deliver material to onsite customers
Requirements:
- Forklift Operators certification
- 5+ years Warehouse/Logistics experience
- SAP experience important
- Good communication skills
- Previous FIFO experience important
