Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Technician - Returns will be responsible to efficiently process transactions in SAP and the physical movements of materials within & outside warehouse duties environment. Ensure that documentation, labelling, palletization and storage are done accurately for expedited returns for credits with exterior vendors and internal processing.
- Responsible for working in collaboration with the Return procurement specialist to get purchase orders and completing the GR once a credit is applied.
- Responsible for general administration duties of the warehouse and using the computer system for returns process etc, goods in/out, dealing with documentation, highlighting stock discrepancies, asset tagging, producing barcode labels, assisting with stock management, providing support and assistance to customers, helping to resolve complaints and enquiries
- Responsible for the effective liaison with internal and external customers
- Responsible to carry out planned tasks in accordance with requirements and within time limits
- Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
- Achieve agreed personal targets and assist Supervisor to achieve team targets.
- Ensure compliance with codes of practice, procedures and legislation including health and safety.
- Immediately report problems/failures that may impact the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Supervisor.
- Responsible to adhere all organisation policies and procedures.

Main Qualifications: - Minimum one (1) years of experience in Supply chain.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- SAP experience an asset
- Remote camp/fly-in, fly-out experience
- Arctic experience an asset
