Our core business is dealing with importation, distribution, marketing and sale of various products across Canada. Product groups include: personal ELECTRONICS& accessories, headphones speakers and other audio, video, cellular accessories, PET products-accessories & snacks, picture FRAMES, small home APPLIANCES, roller shades & BLINDS, various games and kids’ TOYS.

Responsibilities

ü Verification of the shipment of goods;

ü Selection of carriers based on rates in our TMS

ü Schedule pickups with our partner carriers

ü Schedule appointments with our customers

ü Assure pallets have been built correctly so that they are ready to be shipped;

ü Complete the documentation required for transport

ü Operate a reach forklift; Electric palette jigger and automatic palette wrapper

ü Assure shipments are loaded on the correct transport and finalize all required documentation

ü Other assigned duties

Minimum Qualifications required for the Position:

ü Experience in the role of shipper-receiver;

ü Knowledge of the French / English language (spoken / written)

ü Be highly organized and autonomous;

ü Be comfortable with shipping software;

ü Intermediate level of the Microsoft Office applications;

ü Reach forklift permit (asset)
