Laidlaw Bulk is looking to hire a warehouse worker with their Forklift certification to work at our warehouse in Vaudreuil. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from approximately 6am to 2:30pm, ideal for those with afternoon obligations.
Duties:
- Operate forklifts to load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and containers
- Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse
- Stack and organize products in an efficient and safe manner
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management by accurately recording incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet production deadlines
Experience:
- Valid forklift certification or license
- Strong understanding of forklift operations and safety procedures
- Ability to operate different types of forklifts an asset
- Proficient in reading and interpreting work orders and shipping documents
