Job Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand.

  • Order Processing: Process incoming orders promptly and accurately, including picking, packing, and shipping parts and equipment to customers or internal departments.

  • Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and ensure proper documentation and storage of received goods.

  • Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, including arranging stock for efficient storage and retrieval, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a clutter-free workspace.

  • Parts Sales Support: Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing parts for quality and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.

  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, answering phones, and responding to emails as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or parts-related role preferred but not required.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing.

  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, cooperating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

  • Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, as well as standing and walking for extended periods.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.

  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required for data entry and using inventory management software (training will be provided if necessary).
