Warehouse/Yard Attendant

Job Overview

Cougar Fuels Ltd. is currently accepting applications for a Warehouse/Yard Attendant for our Bonnyville location.

Key Accountabilities:

• Comply with Company policies and procedures, health and safety procedures, department of transportation and hazardous materials/waste requirements and regulations
• Assist in shipping, receiving and delivery of oil and other products.
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and care of Cardlock to ensure cleanliness and efficient operation of warehouse and site.
• Receptive to receiving task delegation and coaching from drivers and Supervisor
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork and documentation properly within set timelines.
• Follow all local, provincial, and federal compliance regulations and rules
• Follow company policies and procedures for routine maintenance, perform general housekeeping to ensure units are operating properly and report any inefficiency to Supervisor
• Safely observe all company operating guidelines and procedures

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with a clean abstract (previous 2 years)
• Superb communication skills with high regard for customer service
• Previous Bobcat or Forklift experience a definite asset
• Ability to perform labour intensive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
• Demonstrate a commitment to environmental compliance and safe work practices
• Ability to work independently while efficiently managing time and productivity
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude with customer relationship skills
