We have openings NOW for a Warranty Administratorto work out of our Concord location.
*This is a Conditional 1-year Contract *
We are looking for the right candidates to help us fulfill our growing requirements.
This position is responsible for processing warranty claims, providing customer service, and ensuring that all paperwork is correct and submitted appropriately. Responsibilities will include the verification of all criteria as required by the various manufacturers, in addition, the position is responsible for monitoring and reporting warranty claim reimbursements as well as ensuring that records and documentation are accurate.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and attributes:
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Technical understanding & attention to detail
- Strong Communication (Both on the phone and by e-mail)
- Detailed Documentation skills
- Strong computer software knowledge
- Prior Experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with PACCAR/CUMMINS would be an asset
- Previous Truck Dealership experience
