Large roofing contractor requires an After Sales Warranty Administrative Assistant. Responsible for assisting in the processing warranty claims/repairs, scheduling service technicians; and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities will include being an liaison between builder warranty department and/or prior customers; scheduling of service repairs and warranty work; preparation of invoices. Previous experience in the roofing or construction sector an definite asset. Must have a level of proficiency with proprietary software packages. Experience with Microsoft Office a must, knowledge of Sage 300 an asset. Must be able to work under pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines.
