Clinical Assistant/Office Administrator

London Family Foot Clinic is seeking a full-time Clinical Assistant/Administrator to join our awesome team! We are a very busy, fast-paced clinic with multiple practitioners looking to expand our administration team!

Attention to detail is a must. The right candidate must be hard working and have excellent multitasking skills. Must have great communication skills as you will be interacting with many patients of all ages. Computer skills are required, Excel, Office, etc. Ability to learn our EMR system quickly, to schedule patient appointments, complete routine admin tasks. A dependable, detail orientated person will excel in our clinic and above all, the right candidate must be a team player!

Full time, day time hours, no weekends!

35-40hrs a week.

Job Duties Include:

- Managing patient care and patient flow in treatment rooms

- general back office functions and some front office functions

- Sterilizing tools and cleaning treatment rooms between patients

- preparing surgical equipment

- Restocking medical equipment

- Checking patients in and out and scheduling appointments

- Processing payments

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
