Admin Assistant/Service Administrator

Aviation Unlimited Maintenance is looking to add a team member to its aircraft maintenance department (Aviation Unlimited Maintenance). The candidate should be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.

The general scope of work includes but not limited to:

• Sourcing of parts and required materials.
• Invoicing.
• Administering warranty claims with vendors.
• Data entry.
• Handle Email correspondence.
• Handle incoming calls.
• Execute basic computer functions, such as using the Internet, and Microsoft Office.

Additionally, we would value a basic understanding of accounting principles as well as a candidates ability to post invoices and complete tasks within our accounting system (Business Vision).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
