Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional setting and possess strong organizational and customer service skills. Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing an inbox, scheduling appointments, and managing a calendar
- Greet and assist clients, providing excellent customer service
- Managing marketing materials including social media campaigns
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Experience and Attributes
- Highly independent and motivated self-starter
- Previous experience working in administration or health/fitness field, or University degree in Kinesiology or fitness related focus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset
