Responsibilities:
- Submitting all manufacturer warranty claims through our dealer portal.
- Working closely with our service advisor as well as the service manager to ensure all lop codes and parts codes are entered correctly on work orders.
- Following up with the manufacturer in regards to held payments and ensuring requests for changes are done quickly and promptly.
- Maintaining an organized system to report to accounting.
- Filing and seldomly answering phones.
- Service advisor experience an asset as well as previous dealership experience is welcomed.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
