Warranty Administrator responsibilities:
- Assess codes, invoice, and submit all warranty claims, maintain warranty control, and rectify warranty schedules for the accounting department
- Ensure warranty return parts are correctly tagged, shelved, and secured
- Sort and ship warranty parts returns when necessary, and report payment discrepancies to the Service Manager
- Inform staff of warranty procedure changes and maintain files
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
What you will need to be part of our great team:
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
- Warranty experiences an asset
- Basic knowledge of or the ability to understand the mechanics of a vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
