Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections of all vehicles and assess condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the car Wash Bay
- Efficiently guide vehicles into wash area to provide best possible completion time
- Perform visual inspections in the car Wash Bay to ensure that all equipment and chemicals are in working order and functioning as designed
- Wash and detail vehicles as part of our service wash team
- Assist in keeping all dealership property clean and organized and ensure dealership effects are kept in their proper place
- Be accessible and polite to guests and coworkers, addressing any guest concerns in a professional manner to ensure positive guest experience
- Maintain safe working environment at all times
- Understand and abide by all policies and procedures and practice compliance of policies and procedures daily and/or as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Must have a valid Driver's license & be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to analyze, exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
