Job Overview: We're looking for a proactive Web Content Manager to take charge of MortgageBrokerStore.com. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and creativity to maintain our website's excellence. Responsibilities include setting content standards, editing website content, optimizing performance metrics, and enhancing our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the website's maintenance, ensuring content is current, engaging, and meets our quality benchmarks.
• Establish website content and design guidelines, optimizing for performance metrics like user engagement and SEO rankings.
• Edit content on our websites to ensure it meets guidelines.
• Work closely with the content team to craft SEO-optimized, compelling content.
• Analyze web traffic and performance data to drive website enhancements.
• Keep abreast of web management and SEO trends, applying best practices to our digital strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in WordPress site management and SEO optimization.
• Understanding of the private mortgage sector in Ontario is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a team or independently.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
