Our group produces a strategic line of B2B magazines, providing exclusive executive interviews from within industry and profiles of the latest and greatest construction projects across Canada and General Business practices within the United States. Working alongside many of the industries leading associations, we look to put forward a holistic view of a variety of sectors and their adjacent industry verticals.
Our team is expanding rapidly and we are in need of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work towards recruitment for a number of different roles within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Utilize best-in-class Talent Acquisition methodologies, with a focus on sales and business development recruitment
- In collaboration with our leadership, and the management team - understand key business issues and develop appropriate recruitment strategies to proactively identify, source, and screen candidates to develop our talent pipelines
- Manage the overall candidate experience to ensure it is professional, positive, and reflective of our companies values from Talent Acquisition initiation through to verbal offer management
- Assess candidate’s technical qualifications, skills, and aptitudes against role requirements
- Understand and cater to unique hiring leader needs, ensuring a personalized and tailored approach to deliver high-quality service
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidate networks, hiring managers, educational institutions, and other third parties
- Utilize recruitment technology to elevate success and speed of recruitment activities
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Proven experience utilizing a wide range of recruitment sourcing tools and practices to identify prospective candidates (e.g., profile databases, networking opportunities, and social media platforms) and writing detailed candidate presentation summaries
- Successful track record negotiating offers and selling company values and rewards to candidates
- Demonstrated commitment to identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall client service
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16,000.00-$20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
