SalaryCANEIL is actively seeking experienced and skilled wind technicians to join our dynamic team, contributing to the success of our wind energy projects across various regions
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Wind Turbines, including tower, nacelle, and hub activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements, leading safety meetings and monitoring working conditions.
- Manage tooling inventory, follow retrofit instructions, and contribute to team success.
- Execute modifications and installations based on provided instructions.
- Conduct torquing and tensioning tasks as part of maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily tech tracker, and prepare necessary reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- GWO certification is mandatory.
- Prior experience in the wind energy industry.
- Willingness to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong safety mindset and leadership skills.
- Physical fitness for tasks at heights and manual labor.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Monday to Saturday, with possible Sunday work as notified.
- Competitive compensation and ongoing training provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: On the road
