Window Cleaner

Winning Streaks LTD is looking for 2-3 prime candidates to join our team.

We specialize in window and gutter cleaning. We also do exterior and interior painting, deck and fence staining, pressure wash, gutter guard installation, polysanding, and renovations.

Qualifications:

- Must be comfortable with heights.

- Be able to use a 32-foot ladder.

- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and technologies.

- Must be comfortable working outside.

- G class licence preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Clean windows of commercial and residential buildings using various tools and equipment.
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from glass surfaces.
- Use ladders, scaffolding, or other equipment to reach high windows.
- Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of equipment as needed.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.

Pay:

- $20.00-$30.00/per hour depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
