Position Type: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18 - $25 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role:

Crystal WashCare is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Window and Gutter Cleaners. As a vital member of our crew, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our clients' homes by expertly cleaning windows and gutters.

Responsibilities:

• Perform window cleaning duties using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to ensure streak-free and sparkling results.
• Work safely and efficiently at heights while on ladders or elevated platforms to access windows and gutters.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in window cleaning or related field preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders; fear of heights is not preferred.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Shift Options:

• Sunday to Tuesday
• Wednesday to Saturday
