Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts curated wine-tasting and experiences with our guests.
• Assists with bookings via Tock, in person or over the phone.
• Greets and guides our guests with enthusiasm and grace.
• Maintains the boutique and stocks shelves.
• Operates POS stations, payment solutions and handles cash sales.
• Partake in hand labelling our wine bottles.
• General housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Responsible, prompt, and trustworthy
• Positive and proactive, solution-based individual
• Sales focused, driven and confident.
• Wine knowledge and proven work experience.
• Smart Serve certified (must have number)
• Be 19 Years of age or older
• Driver’s License
• Motivated team player and critical thinker
• Able to lift 40 pounds for restocking.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move with a sense of urgency as needed

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

• Winery retail/tasting: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Smart Serve (required)
• Driving Licence (required)
