Responsibilities:
- Clearing of snow and piling in designated areas using plow truck, wheel loader, and/or skid steer
- Safely and responsibly dispense deicing material to prevent and mitigate ice formation on hard surfaces
- Keeping clear communication with your supervisor before, during, and after shifts
- Conducting regular safety inspections to ensure safe operation of equipment
- Using site maps to follow site-specific instructions for snow clearing and deicing
- Learning and utilization of mobile phone applications to record & submit daily timesheets, inspect vehicles/equipment, and document site notes
- Completion and follow-through of all training requirements
Requirements:
- A snow fighter attitude
- Professional snow removal experience (Large Loader, Small Loader, Plow Truck, Skid Steer)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
- Available for on-call shifts 24 hours / 7 days a week
- The ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
- Strong team player
- Intentional and eager to grow to the next level in service and skill expertise
- Must have access to a mobile phone, access to transportation to and from job site and have driver’s license
