Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and guidance to youth in a safe and supportive environment
- De-escalate difficult situations
- Assist with homework and academic support
- Foster positive relationships with youth and promote social-emotional development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive program environment
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and program activities
Experience:
- Previous experience working with youth with challenging behaviors
- Knowledge of youth development and mental health, best practices
- Ability to engage and motivate youth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with diverse groups of young people
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors

Salary: $15.72-$22.00 per hour
