Job Summary
The role will support the governance of initiatives through the change lifecycle from idea generation to value realization. In this role, you will work with Product owners and Business stakeholders. You will help bring visibility to the state of change within Product and the organization by reporting on key performance indicators of the product portfolio.

Job Description
What will you do?
- Support the assessment review, triage and overall intake of change requests with a view of the product backlog, cross-product and project dependencies.
- Effectively identify and help manage cross-product and project dependencies by working with stakeholders in Product, Data Management Office, Technology&Operations, Operations and Client Success to manage dependencies effectively.
- Proactively identify and plan for cross-functional product initiative dependencies and ensure priorities are well defined.
- Provide regular consolidated reporting across the product portfolio of initiatives with a focus on financial health, status reporting, risks and dependencies to management.
- Ensure delivery commitment is on target with ongoing sustainability measured by actual adoption, cost savings, risk reduction, etc
- Benefit Realization Governance
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution and development of Product Governance adoption and execution practices and processes.

- Strong technical skills (proficiency in MS office applications)
- Strong analytical mindset in terms of taking abstract questions and issues and structuring them into manageable and specific chunks of work
- Able to manage ambiguity.

- Knowledge of the Custody business
- Knowledge of data analytics
- Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle
- Technical knowledge of JIRA, Powered BI, Tableau
