Account Manager, Digital Health Services
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Account Manager, Digital Benefit Services, to lead and complete business development and sales activities for a portfolio of accounts at Gotodoctor.ca. The successful candidate is competent and experienced in the benefit space as a vendor and capable of establishing and managing the full-cycle sales process with insurance carriers, TPAs, plan sponsors and other healthcare organizations.
Location: Virtual and occasional in-person meetings
Responsibilities:
- Lead with senior management team to identify market opportunities and generate sales pipelines to grow business revenue for the organization
- Analyze client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets
- Participate in discussion and develop relationships with potential customers
- Develop presentations and leads generation of the sales process
- Manage sales negotiation, contract completion and implementation
- Collaborate with internal team to support current and new customers
- Provide ongoing reporting, group management and foster relationship to advance sales with existing customers
- Track all sales activities and report to senior management team
- Monitor market trends and identifying new business opportunities
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Passionate in sales and healthcare
- Post secondary degree or diploma in a related field or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience working with Group/Employee Benefits
- Confident and capable to manage the sales lifecycle and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel
- Attention to details and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in CRM, project management, electronic communication, presentation and other business softwares
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
