Description:
This position involves achieving sales goals and overseeing important national accounts for Calibre. The chosen candidate will handle various sales tasks, such as overseeing contracts, direct sales, maintaining customer relationships, managing relationships with vendors, and keeping track of financial performance.
- Manage and expand a specific group of crucial national accounts.
- Explain the benefits and applications of our products to customers through meetings, phone calls, or emails.
- Stay updated on product developments, competitors, and market conditions, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Support customers even after the sale to solve issues and provide ongoing assistance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture long-term connections with clients.
- Devise an annual growth plan, evaluate progress on accounts, and make adjustments as needed.
- Take full responsibility for customer processes and satisfaction.
- Offer valuable, thorough, accurate, and timely analyses.
- Assist with various daily tasks as necessary.
Work experience requirements:
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in sales or account management
- Successfully managed large multi-level accounts
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and listening skills
- Skilled in working successfully with a diverse team of people
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year University or College
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office product

- Dynamic sales experience with a strong ability to proactively plan account/customer development
- Comfortable with managing multi-million-dollar accounts

Salary: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
