Reporting to the Sales Director the Account Manager role is results-oriented. The Account manager's goal is to actively retain, seek out, and engage the company's current and potential customers. He/she is responsible for providing comprehensive solutions adapted to each customer in order to promote revenue growth and profitability for the company. Account Manager establishes relationships not only at the operational level but also with key decision-makers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the client's ecosystem. They become ingrained in the client's success, offering tailored solutions that go beyond immediate requirements to contribute to the client's overarching business growth and sustainability.
Principal functions:
· Responsible for optimized retention of existing customers and increased penetration of the company's target markets;
· Continuously analyze the cost-benefit and needs of existing/potential customers to meet their expectations;
· Present, promote, and sell products/services using sound arguments to existing and potential customers
· Use existing technological tools to monitor progress and ensure financial development;
· Ensure that customer satisfaction is maximized through a fast and efficient approach to resolving complaints and problems;
· Maintain the integrity of information and data in the system;
· Keep up to date with market best practices and promotional trends;
· Establish, develop, and maintain assiduous and positive business relationships with peers and customers;

Salary: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
