LandSure Systems Ltd. (LandSure) is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk to join our Finance division!

Reporting to the Manager, Project Accounting, the Accounting Clerk will work closely with the LandSure Finance team. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting accounts payable, completing daily bank revenue reconciliations, preparing monthly accrual reports and assisting the Finance team with the smooth day-to-day finance operations.
What you'll do:
- Perform accounts payable functions.
- Prepare monthly accrual reports.
- Perform daily bank revenue reconciliation.
- Provide level 2 support to the Customer Support team by responding to financial-related customer queries via CRM system.
- Update Financial Processor daily transactions.
- Maintain a proper paper and digital filing system.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Finance team.
Education and Experience
- Secondary school graduation; applicable post-secondary education/coursework; or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/training may be considered.
- 2 years of experience working in Accounts Payable.
- Experience with Business Central software is an asset.
- Knowledge of financial operations and procedures
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Deadline oriented, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
