Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting tasks, including invoice processing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing accurate monthly financial reports.
- Maintain orderly filing systems
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
- Dealership accounting experience (PBS) a huge plus!
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
