Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper

Michelangelo is an wholesale company in the picture framing Industry. With over 25 years of growth and excellence in Canada and US, we are looking to add to our team.
The role entails full-time, on-site employment as an accounting clerk with responsibilities encompassing both accounts receivable and payable duties. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and excellent attention to detail. The main tasks would be

- Process Invoices

- Assist with bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations

- Prepare and maintain Financial records

-Perform data entry to record financial transaction

- Arrange Vendor payments

- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications:

- 2 years experience in an accounting or finance-related role

- Bilingual

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (we use SAP integrated system)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication skills

Le poste est un emploi à temps plein presentielle en tant que commis comptable, avec des responsabilités dans les comptes recevables et payables. Le candidat ideal devrait savoir les principles comptables de base et être minutieux. Les tâches principales seront:

- Faire la facturation

- assister lors de la reconciliation bancaire et de carte de credit

- Preparer et maintenir les records comptables

- Realiser de l'entrée de données financières

- Arranger les paiements aux vendeurs

- Supporter le processus de fin de mois et fin d'année

Qualifications:

- 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaines de la comptabilité

- Bilingue

- connaitre excel et autre système comptable (nous utilisons SAP)

- Être minutieux et précis

- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps

- Abilité de travailler éfficacement seul ou en équipe

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
