Requirements:
- Completed Post-Secondary education in Business, Accounting or Economics or related work experience
- Demonstrated cost management experience
- Experience using SAP or comparable ERP Financial System
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Experience:
- Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Analytical and problem-solving experience
- Demonstrated data mining and analytical skills, used to identify inconsistencies, future risk, and propose solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Related Must Haves:
- Willing to work overtime as required, sometimes on short notice

Additional Information:

Additionally, HCM provides weekly, monthly, and annual attendance bonuses, equaling a potential additional $1.40 per hour; a Team Achievement Bonus paid two times per year; an industry leading Defined Contribution (DC) pension that includes company contributions and company matching; and a comprehensive benefit plan that provides choice and flexibility with the cost subsidized by company contributions.
