WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare deposit slips and deposit cheques or cash at the bank.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
- Perform data entry tasks
- Processes invoices for payment and sends invoices to clients.
- Process vendor bills and make the payments
- Provides coverage and support to other positions within the HR & Ops department as required.
- Process expense reports (credit cards)
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Protect the organization value by keeping information confidential.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Completed degree in Accounting and/or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office Excel (Asset)
- Analytical mind with efficient time management skills
- Attention to Detail, Efficiency, Dependability
- Bilingual (Asset)
