Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Conduct regular account analysis and reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Monitor and maintain accounting software systems (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting principles
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- CPA certification is a plus

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
