Our services include water restoration, fire damage, wind damage, deodorization, cleaning, electronics and soft contents cleaning, mold remediation, asbestos abatement and re-construction.
```Duties```
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
- Process invoices, payments
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close activities
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
```Qualifications```
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
