Job description

We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. As the incumbent you will provide reception for our clients, and support for the preparation, distribution, and filing of client income tax returns. will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

To be successful in this position you will need the following:

· Diploma in Office Administration from a recognized educational institution, or an equivalent amount of education and experience

· One year related experience in an accounting firm is considered an asset

· Intermediate level of proficiency with ADOBE, Microsoft Outlook

· Basic level of proficiency with MS Excel and Word

· High level of proficiency with telephone etiquette

· Basic level of proficiency with databases
