Accounts Payable Clerk

K-Line Construction Ltd. and group of related companies is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our AP team on a full-time basis. The diversity of this position provides a unique work environment with many learning opportunities.

Primary responsibilities will include:

· Reviewing all A/P invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to entry

· Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions

· Data entry into accounting software

· Generating and tracking of purchase orders

· Other projects and administrative tasks as requested

Qualifications:

· The ideal candidate must have strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills and possess the ability to work independently with minimum supervision

· Attention to detail, dedication, and a high degree of confidentiality

· Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Prior experience working in an office setting would be considered an asset
