POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Our Norgate building in Ville Saint-Laurent is currently looking for an Accounts receivable clerk to be part of our great team!
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact tenants to ensure account payments and follow up on unpaid balances
- Fournier and answer customer questions about customer accounts
- Make deposits in our system.
- Make the deposit at the bank
- Monthly and daily tenant billing
- Perform any other related task required by the immediate superior.
- Perform various administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.)
- Receive notices of renewals and follow up with tenants and in the system.
- Record the various receipts,
- Responsible for completing weekly reports which will be given to managers

- Sense of organization, speed of execution and ability to manage priorities
