Accounts Receivable Specialist

Sundown Oilfield Services is locally owned and operated, specializing in facility, pipeline construction, oilfield maintenance and pumpjack services in the Grande Prairie area. We have a reputation for our quality of work and are well established on various local projects. www.sundownoilfield.com

We are looking to hire Accounts Receivable Specialist. The candidate must be self-motivated, resourceful and have attention to detail, as well as have three years experience with receivables in the oil and gas industry and experience using Quickbooks.

The Candidate would also be responsible for:

-Collection calls and contacting customers;

-Weekly reporting to CFO and owners; and

-Tracking down outstanding field tickets.

Additional skills include:

-Experience with Excel, as well as comfortable with other Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word;

-Willingness to learn additional industry software including Open Invoice, Cortex, Ariba, Jobutrax and Fieldcap;

-Ability to work as a team as well as independently;

-Ability to prioritize, manage workflow and time;

and -Strong communication skills.
