Okanagan Quality Wholesale is looking for a Part-Time Admin Clerk to join our team. This position will be in an office space within a warehouse environment. We are looking for a sharp individual who has a strong customer service background and intermediate computer skills. As our Admin Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional timely support to both internal and external stakeholders. Candidates must be to lift approx. 40lbs. Previous experience is not required. Training will be provided. Bonus: Dog Friendly
Required Availability: Monday – Friday (3 part-time days) with a 6am–7am start time as well as holiday relief which would be full-time hours
Responsibilities:
Receive orders by phone, fax, email
- Perform order entry into our system
- Confirm orders to ensure accuracy
- Perform clerical duties
- Writing and picking orders
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures
- All other assigned job duties as required
