```Duties```
- Enter data into various databases and systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update customer files and Accounts Payable records as needed, including bank reconciliation-Create customer invoices, collections, track crew hours for payroll and billing
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing, emailing documents
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned
- Utilize Quickbooks Online, AOS, Microsoft Excel to organize data
- Check and respond to company emails and phone calls
-Monitor bank accounts for accuracy and cash flow
-Have personal transportation as office is not on a bus route, and hours start at 7:30 am

- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of office equipment and basic computer systems
- Familiarity with Data Entry processes and procedures

The Data Entry Clerk/ Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently unsupervised.
Please note that this is not a remote position. The Data Entry Clerk will be required to work on-site at our office location. This is a construction setting office.
