Description
Pasquia Agro Services is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Carrot River. The individual will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. The busiest time of year is May and June. For the remainder of the months, we offer flexibility towards the position in regards to the days and hours worked. An agricultural background would be an asset but is not required for the position.
Position Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
-Greet incoming customers and ensure the office is presentable
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail
-General clerical duties (scanning, filing, etc.)
-Office correspondence with team members to support efficiency
-Some data entry functions in accounts payable and receivable
The ideal candidate:
-Has some administration experience
-Effective communication skills
-Organized and detail orientated
-Familiar with Microsoft Office
-Able to work independently, as a team, and multi-task effectively
