I am looking for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, is self-motivated, can work independently, and has strong organizational skills.
Your work will range from helping with basic administrative/office tasks to assisting with special projects as needed, which may include:
- Provide administrative support to a lawyer
- Handle communication with clients, including scheduling meetings
- Deal with scanning documents
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Open and process regular and electronic incoming mail
- Work on special projects
- Other tasks as assigned
Language requirement: Fluent in English essential
