Meseyton is now hiring for an Administrative Assistant to join our continuously expanding team.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Greet and provide assistance to customers in person and on the phone.
- Manage company general email & calendar.
- Support management team by creating and maintaining documentation, photocopying, faxing, emailing and completing credit applications.
- General bookkeeping and administrative duties, including data entry, mail and customer service.
- Keeping workplace nice, neat and organized.
- Monitoring supplies and placing orders when necessary.
- Manage deliveries, loading, scaling, invoicing, payment and tracking yard sale activities.
Requirements:
- 1-year experience in administrative role is an asset.
- Bookkeeping experience and/or formalized bookkeeping/accounting training is an asset.
- Knowledge of office management.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong MS Office and Data Entry skills.
- Able to work well with others in addition to independently.
- High School diploma.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn more.
