Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of employees? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Information Officer (CIO), in addition to coordinating activities for multiple stakeholders and health sector committees. Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the work of the CIO and portfolio is coordinated, aligned and well supported
- Ensuring work directed by the CIO is delegated to the appropriate people and completed on time
- Assisting the CIO in sustaining a Saskatchewan health care management system by developing and maintaining all standard work/work standards and support daily visual management
- Coordinating the activities of multiple stakeholders in alignment with CIO and organizational priorities
- Providing secretariat support for provincial and organization committee meetings, such as managing meeting logistics, taking meeting minutes, submitting expenses, and other general administrative support, as required
- Provide high quality customer service support to all 3sHealth customers
You will need to have at least one year experience providing administrative support in an office environment; an office education certificate or diploma; strong prioritization, time management, and organization skills; and excellent communication skills.
