Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team, the Assistant will coordinate and deliver exceptional administrative support to the Advisor and other licensed team members. As a valued member of the team, the Assistant manages scheduling to maximize Client opportunities, welcomes visitors to the office, and helps to create an efficient and compliant office environment. Candidates hired into this role by Douglas will not have an employment or contractor relationship with Sun Life. Their services will be engaged exclusively by the Douglas Stroud, Advisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Office Administration Certificate, a Diploma, or bachelors degree preferred.
Prior administrative or office experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Management of Social Media Business Pages
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
