Job description
As a key front-facing part of the PCE Team, this Administrative Assistant position will have responsibility as the receptionist at our world headquarters, and will support our financial management by providing bookkeeping services. Joining a start-up company, the successful candidate will also be expected to support the organization in a number of additional ways, including through office management, and through supporting our social media management efforts.
On the receptionist side, duties will include greeting, welcoming and supporting visitors; handling customer phone calls, emails and inquiries; organizing the reception area, office spaces, kitchen, and others to keep them clean and ensure supplies are replenished appropriately; support the team through coordinating meetings, schedules, travel plans, and other.
On the bookkeeping side, duties will include recording financial transactions; posting debits and credits; preparing invoices and payments; and other duties as required.
On the social media side, work will include posting to PCE's profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X; monitoring our social media feeds; and looking for opportunities for PCE to be profiled appropriately.
