Accountabilities:
- Answer phone/email enquires
- Coordinate courier deliveries
- Pickup and distribute incoming mail, drop off outgoing mail
- Data entry and filing
- Order and maintain merchandise stock
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Event planning (staff functions)
- Process credit card payments
- Provide assistance with company advertising
- Provide assistance to Management, AP and AR
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Professional telephone manners
- Must have excellent data entry skills in both quality and speed
- Must be detail-oriented
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of accounting practices
- Knowledge of accounting software preferred but not required
- 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
