Administrative Assistant

- Administrative assistant to the group of administrators and healthcare professionals

- General accounting and administrative duties in HR and accounting departments.

- Manages schedules for the staff, including confirming, finding replacements, etc..

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $22.54 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Education:

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Accounting or HR software: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English and French (required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Pierrefonds, QC: Relocate before starting work (required)
