```Responsibilities:```
- Provide administrative support to Financial advisors to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments: book & confirm appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Open accounts and manage documentation requirements;
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Provide general support to visitors
```Qualifications:```
- Work on premises only - Remote work not available.
- Fundamental investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry;
- Administrative processes and procedures, including opening accounts, RRSPs, TFSAs, and corporate accounts.
- Insurance products and services is an asset.
- - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task- Work within deadlines, while maintaining a high level of service and an imperative attention to detail;- Demonstrate advanced face-to-face, email, videoconferencing, and telephone etiquette and relationship management skills;
- Work independently
as well as collaboratively within a team environment; Skills:
- Microsoft Office with a willingness and ability to learn new applications;
- Knowledge of Croesus &/or Dataphile system is an asset.
- Organization, prioritization and attention to detail;
- Elevated computer skills;
- Customer service and problem solving.
