We are looking for a front desk receptionist and Administrative Assistant for our head office.
This is an in-person, full-time position (40hrs/week, not remote).
Your administrative work will be directed towards data entry and organizing digital files. As such, you should be comfortable using a computer. Other tasks include handling mailing parcels, emails, organizing documents, assisting operations staff with light tasks, etc.
You'll also act as our front desk reception, greeting and interacting with clients and guests who come to our office and maintaining the office space. As such, presentability and friendliness is appreciated.
Previous relevant experience is preferred, but not required.
We value individuals who are bright, competent, capable, eager, willing to learn, and can demonstrate professionalism befitting a financial firm.

Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
